Personally introduced to CranioSacral Therapy in 2006, I have come to realize that my life, and most importantly my quality of life are truly better today because of CST and the many benefits it continues to have on my body. After many of my own sessions with extremely talented, compassionate and incredibly gifted CranioSacral Therapists, and always having an overwhelming desire to help others; yes, I realize everybody says that however, I honestly really do mean it, I decided to research CranioSacral Therapy a little bit more. As I did, my mind and body were flooded with pure joy; I knew it was truly time to change my professional direction! Finding a profession like this, that has and will continue to profoundly change, for the better, so many people's lives, fills me with immense pride and overwhelming purpose!
I began my CranioSacral Therapy training with The Upledger Institute and I am continually updating my CST education, plus adding new skills to my repertoire.
I am extremely excited about my work as a Teaching Assistant for The Upledger Institute, it enables me to work closely with many talented instructors/therapists.
The education I received while completing my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration has prepared me for a full professional life where I have been involved with Administration, Business Development, Marketing, Patient Advocacy, Property Management, Recruitment, Sales as well as owning my own businesses.
Through all of these adventures, I learned how important compassion, customer service, diplomacy, organization, professionalism and unconditional support can be. I can honestly say that all of these experiences have prepared me for the absolute best job in the world! I am so incredibly blessed to have been given the opportunity to realize this passion and to ultimately assist others in helping make their life, and quality of life more enjoyable, by helping them to increase the well-being within themselves through the profound touch of CranioSacral Therapy. I am also deeply grateful that my life's personal journeys have led me to this incredible profession, one that allows me to do what I was 100% put on this earth to do...help others!
